NPTI Nangal invites application for admission to PG Diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering for 2019

National Power Training Institute (NPTI) Nangal, invites application for admission to 39 Weeks Post Diploma Course (PDC) in Hydro Power Plant Engineering for the academic year 2019-20.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Candidate should be BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Engineering from a recognized College/University for both Non- sponsored & sponsored candidates.

Candidates under sponsored category have to provide a sponsorship letter from its employer/sponsoring authority.

Age Limit:
No age limit.

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Merit (% of marks of qualifying Degree).

Total Number of Seats
There will be a total of 60 (Sixty). Reservation for EWS/SC/ST/OBC/PWD etc is applicable as per Govt. of India norms.
25% of seats are reserved for candidates sponsored from the power utilities. Total No of seats may vary as per requirements. Vacant seats in the sponsored category may be filled by non-sponsored category & vice-versa if required.

How to Apply?
Prescribed application as per format (i.e. Annexure A, B & C) filled with relevant details along with application fee of Rs. 1000/- including GST (Non-refundable) to be paid by online mode as per detail is given below or Demand Draft of in favour of “HPTC, NPTI, Nangal” payable at Naya Nangal (SBI, Branch code-0689), Punjab should reach to:
