Punjab University Chandigarh (University Institute of Applied Sciences Management Sciences) invites applications for admission to two years of MBA programs.

Two year full-time management programs are as follow:-

MBA (Retail Management)
MBA (Banking and Insurance Management)
MBA (Capital Markets)
MBA (IT & Telecommunications Management)
MBA (Infrastructural Management)
MBA (Pharmaceutical Management)
MBA (Hospital Management)

Eligibility Conditions

For MBA Retail Management, Banking and Insurance Management, Capital Markets

A Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any discipline of Panjab University or of any other university which has been recognized by the syndicate as equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate
AMIE examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching or professional experience.

For MBA IT and Telecommunications Management, Infrastructural Management

Bachelor’s degree in any Science subject with Physics and/or Mathematics or in Computer Applications (BCA) of Panjab University or of any other University recognized by Panjab University as equivalent with at least 50% marks in the aggregate.

For MBA Pharmaceutical Management

Bachelor’s Degree in any Science subject/ Pharmacy/M.B.B.S or of any other university recognized by Panjab University as equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

For MBA Hospital Management

MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/ BDS/ B. Pharmacy/B.Sc (Nursing)/Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) /B.Voc. (Hospital Management) of Panjab University or a degree of any other University which has been recognized by the syndicate as equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.

Application Fee

Rs 2175/- For General candidates
Rs 1087/- For SC/ST/Persons with Disability (Pwd) candidates

Selection Procedure

Admission will be made on the basis of the Entrance Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
