Panjab University Invites Applications for Admission to UG Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates to take admission into Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management programs offered at University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism (UIHMT) for 2012. 

Eligibility Conditions 

Candidates who have passed (up to the academic session 2011-2012) in the 10+2 Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or its equivalent Examination conducted by a recognized board/university/council with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate and English as one of the compulsory subjects. 

Selection Procedure 

The selection to both the above courses will be on the basis of the Merit of Panjab University Tourism and Hospitality Aptitude Test (PUTHAT) to be conducted by Panjab University. 

Important Dates 

• Last date for the submission of application form and admission form: Tuesday,   27^th March, 2012 (up to 5:00 P.M.)
• PUTHAT entrance exam will be conducted on Sunday,  22^nd April, 2012
