Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Mohali Invites Applications for Admission to Ph.D Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into PhD program in the following areas:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Earth and Environment Science
• Humanities
• Social Sciences 

Eligibility Conditions

• The applicant should have a masters degree in science/ B.Tech/ MBBS/ M.Tech with a good academic record and should be GATE/ CSIR or UGC-NET/ JEST/ NBHM-JRF/ICAR-JRF/ICMR-JRF/ DBT-JRF/DST- INSPIRE qualified.

• Prospective candidates should apply online by filling the application form made available on IISER’s website: http://www.iisermohali.ac.inor http://115.119.172.72:9090/campus/OnlineApplication.action
• Once you finish entering all the details and clicked "Save" button, a preview of all pages is shown for you to cross check your entries with a "Submit" button.
• After you submit the form, "Download Report PDF" link is provided for you to download your application and take a print copy.
• The print copy should be duly signed by the applicant with date. Make sure that you have affixed a passport size photograph in the space provided.
• The duly completed application forms should reach “Application for PhD Program August 2012, Admissions Coordinator/Dean Academics, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Mohali Sector 81, Knowledge City, P.O. Manauli, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab - 140 306 on or before  7^th April, 2012.
