National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune Invites Applications for Admission into PGP Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into postgraduate programs offered at Pune, Hyderabad and Goa campuses for 2012-13.
- Programs offered are two year postgraduate program in real estate and urban infrastructure management (PGP REUIM): offered from Pune campus,
- Two Year postgraduate program in infrastructure finance, development and management (PGP IFDM): offered from Pune campus,
- Two year postgraduate program in advanced construction management (PGP ACM): for Goa campus only,
- One year postgraduate program in health, safety and environment management (PGP HSEM): offered from Hyderabad campus.
Eligibility Conditions
- For PGP REUIM, PGP IFDM and PGP ACM: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- For PGP HSEM: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture or diploma in engineering in any discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
How to Apply
- Prospectus & application form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs. 1400/- for one program or Rs. 2100/- for more than one program by demand draft in favor of "NICMAR, Pune" or download the application form from website and send it along with the application fee.
Last date for submission of completed application forms: Friday, 20th April, 2012.
