Baba Farid University of Health Sciences( BFUHS) Faridkot Invites Applications for Admission into Medical Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for various bachelor medical courses for 2012-13.

• MBBS
• BDS
• BAMS
• BHMS 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% (For General candidates) and 40% (For SC/ST candidates) marks, in all these subjects.
• The candidate must have passed and studied English Subject as well. Students appearing for class 12^th exams are eligible to apply.
• Candidate’s age should not be less than 17 years at the time of admission. 

How to Apply

• Prospectus containing OMR application form and other conditions shall be available at the counter in office of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on cash payment of Rs. 1000/-.
• Candidates can also avail the application form at the branches of Oriental Bank of commerce mentioned in the BFUHS’s website on cash payment of Rs. 1000/-.
• Candidates can also get the same by post on sending a request to the university along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1050/- drawn on any scheduled bank in favor of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, payable at Faridkot.
• Candidates are advised to ensure deposition of OMR application form by  27^th April, 2012 by hand at BFUHS campus, Faridkot and not take risk of delivery by Post/mail. 

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their PMET (Punjab Medical Entrance Test ) 2012 score conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

• Last date for receipt of OMR Application Form for entrance test: Friday,  27^th April, 2012
• Date of PMET: Sunday,  20^th May, 2012
