Sumandeep Vidyapeeth University, Vadodara Invites Applications for Admission into Medical Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into medical programs for its constituent colleges:

• SBKS Medical Institute & Research Centre is recognized by the Medical Council of India for MBBS program,
• K.M. Shah Dental College & Hospital is recognized by the Dental Council of India for BDS program,
• College of Physiotheraphy is recognized by the Association of Physiotherapy for B.P.T program, Sumandeep College of Nursing is recognized by the Nursing council of India and Gujarat for B.Sc  (Nursing) program and Pharmacy is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India for B.Pharm program for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate must be an Indian national.
• The candidate must have passed 12^th  H.S.E board or equivalent examination or appearing for 12th H.S.C examination in (B) group of science stream except for the admission in pharmacy program having appeared either in A group or B group are eligible for admission. 

How to Apply

• A candidate who desire to appear for All India common Entrance Test will require submitting an application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of application. The application will also be available online. While submitting the application it should be with all necessary documents along with DD of Rs. 650/- in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara as the cost of an application form. • The entrance test fee is Rs.1500/-. The fee is payable by cash or demand draft, drawn in favor of “Sumandeep Vidyapeeth” of nationalized/schedule bank, payable at Vadodara. The candidate should write his/her name and address on the back side of the demand draft.
• The last date of receipt of completed application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the office of Register, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Piparia upto 5.00 pm on 17^th May, 2012 (with late fee of Rs.500/-) up to on 21^st May, 2012. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/her application reaches the office of the Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the specified time and date.

Last date of submission of application forms: Thursday,  17^th May, 2012.
Last date of submission of application forms with late fee: Monday,  21^st May, 2012
Date of entrance test: Saturday,  26^th May, 2012 (11.00 am to 2.00 pm).
