University of Calicut Invites Applications for Admission into MBA Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 2 year full time Master of Business Administration program conducted by the Department  of  Commerce and Management  Studies,  at   the Department   (Calicut  University campus)   and  its   five  self   financing  centers   (Schools   of  Management  Studies)   at  Thrissur, Palakkad, Kuttippuram, Kozhikode and Vatakara for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates who have a valid CMAT score (conducted by the AICTE) can apply.
•  A degree recognized by the University of Calicut, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (including languages) (for OBC/OEC – 45%, For SC/ST – pass) 

How to Apply

The applicants should apply online through the website of the university: www.universityofcalicut.info and the print out of the application form along with a DD for Rs.500/- (for SC/ST, Rs.167- community certificate should be enclosed), drawn in favor of the Finance Officer,   University of Calicut, payable at SBT, Calicut University Branch and a self addressed stamped (Rs.5/-) cover should be forwarded to the Head, Department of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Calicut. 

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of their CUMAT 2012 (Calicut University Management Aptitude Test) score conducted by the University of Calicut. 

Last date for receipt of the print out in the department: Saturday,  21^st April, 2012.
