University College of Business Studies (UCBS) Shimla Invites Applications for Admission into BBA and BCA Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programs for 2012-13.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) 

Eligibility Conditions

• + 2 examination under 10 + 2 system or examination equivalent thereto of a board /university established by law of India with 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST)               
                                                                or
  
  
• Any examination of a university/ board/college or school in foreign country recognized as equivalent for the above purpose by the vice-chancellor/equivalence committee of its own or recommendations of association of Indian universities with 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST). 

How to Apply

• Candidates can avail the application form along with the information bulletin from the campus of the college in person.
  
  
• Candidates can also avail the application form brochure through post.
  
  
• Cost of prospectus for subsidized seats is Rs.400 on counter and Rs.450 by post in India.
  
  
• For Non Subsidized seats and Foreign Nationals the cost of Prospectus is Rs.900 on Counter and Rs.950 by post in India and for another country the Prospectus is Rs.950 plus postage of the country.
  
  
• For SC/ST/Antyodya/IRDP candidates cost is Rs.250 on counter and Rs.300 by post in India.
  
  
• All the payments should be drawn in favor of Director, University College of Business Studies, Himachal Pradesh University, Ava-Lodge, Chaura Maidan, Shimla (H.P.)-171004, India.

• Last date of receipt of Admission forms for BCA: 16^th May, 2012 (Wednesday)
• Date of Entrance Test: 2^nd Jun, 2012 (Saturday)
