West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT), Kolkata Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech and M.Pharm Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into first year Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) program for 2012-13

Eligibility Conditions

• A candidate must be a citizen of India.
  
  
• A relevant AICTE recognized Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy or in the final year of such programs.

Note

Candidates in final year if qualified may be given provisional admission provided that they have to submit their final mark sheet before some prescribed deadline as may be fixed by the PGET Board.

How to Apply

• Candidates shall have to apply online in the University website: www.wbut.ac.in. The application has to be submitted online in the University website and will not be available from any office of the university.
  
  
• The online application form is to be submitted to the university website. The hard copy of the filled in application form duly signed, the demand draft along with required documents has to be sent to

• The bank draft of examination fee should be in favor of the ‘Chairman, PGET Board, West Bengal University of Technology’, payable at Kolkata. Application without the prescribed bank draft will not be entertained. 

Selection Procedure

• Selection of students is based on WBUT PGET 2012 entrance examination score to be conducted on 17^th Jun, 2012.

• Last date for receipt of filled up application forms: 2^nd May, 2012 (Wednesday)
• Date of WBUT PGET 2012: 17^th Jun, 2012 (Sunday)
• Publication of Results: 6^th Jul, 2012 (Friday)
