University of Rajasthan Invites Applications for Admission into Law Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into first year law programs offered in the university and its various constituent colleges for 2012. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognized board with minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC, ST).
  
  
• A candidate who has passed any one semester term examination in not less than four papers by securing at least 40% marks in each of those four papers and at least 50% marks in the aggregate of those papers shall be eligible for admission to the next semester.
                                                            OR
  A candidate who has appeared in any one semester term examination and the result has not been declared may be eligible for provisional admission to the next semester if the teaching has commenced but such provisional admission shall stand cancelled if he could not get the requisite eligibility on the declaration of his result of the term examination in which he has appeared. 

How to Apply

• Candidate who wants to apply for RULET entrance test can download the application form from the University official website http://uniraj.ac.in/rulet 2012.
  
  
• The RULET 2012 application form will be available from 20^th Mar, 2012 onwards.
  
  
• Print out/down-load online application form to be submitted along with a D.D. of Rs.2000 drawn in the favor of “Coordinator, RULET, University of Rajasthan” payable at Jaipur.
  
  
• The duly filled application form should be sent to

  through by hand/registered post/Speed post before 30^th Apr, 2012.
  
  
• Incomplete forms and forms without entrance fee will not be entertained.
  
  
• Forms received after  30^th Apr, 2012 will be rejected without any correspondence.
  
  
• The dates of GD and PI will be dispatched with the admission card and shall be available on university website also. 

Selection Procedure

• Selection of the candidates will be based on RULET entrance exam conducted by the University of Rajasthan. 

Important Dates

• Last date for submission of the application form:  30^th Apr, 2012 (Monday)
• Date of entrance test: Sunday, May 27^th May, 2012, (Sunday)
