Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeswara University (JSSU), Mysore Invites Applications for Admission into M.Pharm Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into full time Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) program offered at Mysore and Ooty campus for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• A candidate who has passed B. Pharm degree examination of any recognized University and has secured not less than 50% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years) prescribed for the qualification examination shall be eligible for admission to the M. Pharm course. 

How to Apply

• A candidate is required to complete the prescribed application form and submit the same to the University on or before the scheduled date.
  
  
• The downloaded and printed application form should be sent along with a processing fee of Rs.2000 only by way of DD favoring “JSS University Fee Account, Mysore,”payable at Mysore along with the relevant documents.
  
  
• Candidates may also obtain the application form along with the Brochure by sending a processing fee of Rs.200 only by way of DD favoring “JSS University Fee Account, Mysore,” payable at Mysore.
  
  
• The duly filled application form should be sent to the University along with relevant documents. with a processing fee of Rs.2000 only by way of DD favoring “JSS University Fee Account, Mysore,”payable at Mysore.
  
  
• Printed brochure and application forms are also available from JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore – 570015, Karnataka and JSS college of Pharmacy , Ootacamund -643001, Tamil Nadu.
  
  
• The completed application with requisite documents as detailed above along with demand draftfor Rs.2000, should be enclosed in an envelope superscribed clearly on the outside of the envelope “Application For Admission To M.Pharm Course”and sent to The Registrar, JSS University, JSS Medical Institutions Campus, Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagar, Mysore – 570015, Karnataka, India so as to reach before on 15^th June, 2012, either by speed post, courier or by hand. 

Selection Procedure

• Selection of candidates will be based on merit, written test / personal interview conducted by the university.

• Date for receipt of filled application form for registration at the University by post: 16^th June, 2012 (Saturday)
• Last Date for receipt of filled application form for registration in the University in person: 16^th June, 2012 (Saturday)
• Date of entrance test: 29^th June, 2012 (Friday)
