Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research Chennai (Meenakshi University) invites applications are eligible candidates for admission to various courses  available in different collages for the academic year 2010-11

Various collages and courses available in them are:-

1.Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute, Enathur, near Kanchipuram-631552 - MBBS-

2.Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai-600095- BDS-

3.Meenakshi College of Nursing, Mangadu - B.Sc (N)-

4. Arulmigu Meenakshi College of Nursing, Medical College campus, Enathur, near Kanchipuram-631552- B.Sc (N)-

Meenakshi College of Physiotherapy, Chennai-600095 - B.P.T.-

Eligibility:

Higher secondary or equivalent qualifying examination and 50% of aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) for MBBS and BDS degree courses. 45% of aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) and English for B.Sc (N) and a pass in higher secondary course examination for BPT degree course. The candidates age should be not less than 17 years as on 31.12.2010

Application form: Prospectus and application form may be obtained in person on payment of Rs 1000/- by cash and Rs 500/- for B.Sc (N) and BPT degree courses. To receive the application by post the candidate should send a requisition letter along with a demand draft for Rs 1,100/- or Rs 600/- as the case may be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Maher payable at Chennai. The application form can also be downloaded and submitted along with a demand draft for Rs 1,000/- for MBBS and BDS degree courses and Rs 500/- for B.Sc (N) and BPT degree courses

Application forms will be issued from: Monday, 22.03.2010

Last date for receipt of filled in application forms: Monday, 17.05.2010

Date of all India level common entrance test: Saturday, 29.05.2010

Entrance examination centres: Ahmedabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, New Delhi
