Tripura University Agartala Invites Applications for Admission into PG and PG Diploma Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into postgraduate (PG) and postgraduate diploma (PGD) programs in various disciplines for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should have bachelor degree with honors/major subjects from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern of education.
  
  
• The candidate without honors/major should have a bachelor degree from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern of education with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in the respective discipline.
  
  
• 5% relaxation of marks is allowed for SC/ST/PH candidates. 

How to Apply

• The application form can be obtained in person from the respective departments and during summer vacation from academic section in the administrative building on payment of Rs.10 in cash or though university bank challan/bank draft in favor of Registrar, Tripura University payable at State Bank of India, Tripura University campus branch.
  
  
• The application form can also be downloaded from the official website – www.tripurauniv.in.
  
  
• The duly filled in application form should be submitted to the respective departments and academic section in the administrative building during summer vacation by 26^th Jun, 2012 at the latest.
  
  
• The filled in application form can also be submitted by speed post before the last date. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be based on the marks secured in the bachelor degree examination.
