Assam University, Silchar Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Technology (M.Tech) programs in Agricultural Engineering and Information Technology for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in B.E/B.Tech degree. 

How to Apply

• The application form along with the prospectus can be obtained from the Assam University cash counter, SBI Dorgokona Branch and office of Diphu Campus, Assam University at the cost of Rs.600 for general and OBC candidates and Rs.500 for SC/ST candidates.
  
  
• The application form can also be downloaded from the official website – www.aus.ac.in.
  
  
• The filled in downloaded application form should be submitted with a DD of Rs.600 for general and OBC candidates and Rs.500 for SC/ST candidates drawn in favor of  Finance Officer, Assam University Silchar payable at Silchar.
  
  
• The duly filled in application form should be submitted by 15^th Jun, 2012.
  
  
• The candidates can submit their filled in applications at the drop box placed at the Raja Rammohan Roy Administrative Building, Room No. – 4, Assam University, Silchar and at the Administrative Office of Diphu.
  
  
• The candidates may also submit their filled in application forms by post to Registrar, Assam University, Silchar 788011. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be based on the entrance test conducted by Assam University.

• Last date for submitting filled in application form: 15^th Jun, 2012 (Friday)
• Date of written test: 8^th Jul, 2012 (Sunday)
