Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai Invites Applications for Admission into Law Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into five years Bachelor of Arts B.L (B.A., B.L) (Hons.), three years Bachelor of Laws (B.L) (Hons.), two years Master of Laws (M.L) and one year Postgraduate Diploma courses for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

For B.A., B.L. (Hons.)

• The general candidates should have a minimum of 70% marks in the higher secondary examination (10+2) or its equivalent.
  
  
• The SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks in the higher secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent.

For B.L. (Hons.)

• The general candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks in any bachelor’s degree.
  
  
• The SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in any bachelor’s degree.

For M.L

• The candidates should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in B.L.

For Post Graduate Diploma

• The candidate should have passed any degree course. 

How to Apply

• The application form can be obtained from the university at the cost of Rs.1000 for general candidates and Rs.500 for SC/ST candidates payable by demand draft drawn in favor of The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University payable at Chennai.
  
  
• The application form can also be obtained by post by sending a requisition letter along with a DD of Rs.1100 for general candidates and Rs.600 for SC/ST candidates to The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, ‘Poompozhil’, No. 5, Dr. D.G.S Dinakaran Salai, Chennai – 600028.
