Birla Institute of Technology Extension Centre (BIT), Noida Invites Applications for Admission into B.Sc Hons Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons.) in Animation and Multimedia program for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidates must have obtained 50% in the class 10 examinations.
  
  
• The candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% in class 12 examinations or equivalent qualifying examination.
  
  
• 5% relaxation of marks is allowed for SC/ST candidates.
  
  
• The general candidates should not be more than 25 years of age and the SC/ST candidates should not be more than 30 years of age.

• The application form should be downloaded from their official website - http://www.bitmesra.ac.in.
  
  
• The filled in application form along with a demand draft of Rs.2000 for general candidates and Rs.1200 for SC/ST candidates drawn in favor of Birla Institute of Technology’ and payable at Noida should be sent to ‘Director, Birla Institute of Technology, A-7, Sector-1, Noida – 201301 by  12^th Jun, 2012 at the latest. 

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be shortlisted for the aptitude test held by the institute, based on the marks they have obtained in the class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination.
  
  
• Then the final candidates will be selected based on their performance in the aptitude test and interview conducted by the institute.

• Last date for submitting duly filled in application form: 12^th Jun, 2012 (Tuesday)
• Date of publication of list of candidates eligible for aptitude test: 14^th Jun, 2012 (Thursday)
• Date of aptitude test and interview: 18^th Jun, 2012 (Monday)
