University of Kashmir, Srinagar Invites Applications for Admission into MBA Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should have a bachelors degree in any of the following streams: Commerce, Management, Arts, Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Law (Professional), Medicine, Technology, etc.
• Candidates who have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost & Works Accountants or Company Secretaries of India are also eligible. 

How to Apply 

• The application form along with the prospectus is available at the office of The Business School, University of Kashmir at cost of Rs.250.

• The print out of the application form submitted online along with the requisite documents should be submitted to the office of the Director, The Business School for MBA Program and Head, Department of Business by  20^th Jun, 2012.
  
  
• Payment for the online application form of Rs.300 (plus Rs.10 bank charge) should be done against the pay-in-slip generated with the application form in any of the branches of the J&K Bank Ltd. across the country. 

Selection Procedure

• The candidates will be selected based on the merit obtained in latest MAT/CAT score 2012 (composite score reduced to the base of 75%), group discussion 15 % and personal interview 10%.
  
  
• Only those candidates will be called to appear in GD and PI, who will be shortlisted for the same on the basis of merit obtained in the MAT/CAT score.
