Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Masters of Technology (M.Tech) program in various disciplines in UTU and its affiliated institutes for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The general/OBC candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks and the SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in B.Tech degree or its equivalent.
  
  
• General/OBC candidates having 60% marks and valid GATE/GPAT score and SC/ST candidates having 55% of marks and valid GATE/GPAT score are also eligible.

• The online application form is available on their official website - www.uktech.ac.in.
  
  
• The print out of the filled in online application form along with a demand draft of Rs.1500 for general/OBC candidates and Rs.800 for SC/ST candidates drawn in favor of  Finance Controller, Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun payable at Dehradunshould be sent to  The Registrar, Uttarakhand Technical University, Government Girls Polytechnic Campus, P.O. Chandanwari, Suddhowala, Dehradun-248007  on or before  25^th Jun, 2012. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance test which will be conducted by the university.

• Last date for submitting duly filled in application form:  25^th Jun, 2012 (Monday)
• Date of entrance examination:  8^th Jul, 2012 (Sunday)
