Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh Invites Applications for Admission into B.Tech Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into four year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program offered for 2012-13.
- B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering
Eligibility Conditions
- 50% marks (45% for SC & ST) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in H.S.C (10+2) examination of AHSEC or any other equivalent examination recognized by the university and also qualified in AIEEE (2012) or CEE (2012). Admission and allotment of branch shall be considered on the basis of the marks of the above qualifying tests.
How to Apply
- The information brochure or application form shall be issued from 6th Jun, 2012 on payment of Rs.500 only at the following Head Post Offices: Barpeta/ Bongaigaon/ Dhemaji/ Dhubri/ Diphu/ Duliajan/ Goalpara/ Golaghat/ Meghdoot Bhawan, Guwhati GPO/ Haflong/ Hailakandi/ Jorhat/ Karimganj/ Mangaldoi/ Nagaon/ Nalbari/ North Lakhimpur/ Sivasagar/ Silchar/ Tezpur/ Tinsukia/ Dibrugarh and Dibrugarh University post office.
- Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University - Filled in applications shall have to be submitted at the office of the Director, Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering & Technology (DUIET), Dibrugarh University campus, Dibrugarh.
Counseling dates
- For AIEEE qualified candidates: 29th Jun, 2012 (Friday)
- For CEE qualified candidates: 6th Jul, 2012 (Friday)
