University of Kashmir, Srinagar Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil/Ph.D Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Botany and Zoology in the respective PG departments and other recognized research centres of University for 2012.

How to Apply

• Applications to be submitted online from 20^th June 2012 after 2:00 pm. The application can be submitted online by accessing the official website of the university (by clicking on the link "M.Phil/Ph.D 2012"). The auto generated (after online submission) application form along with pay-in-slip can then be downloaded by the candidate, who in turn shall deposit an application fee of Rs.250 in any of the finacle branches of J&K bank. The auto generated application form along with the university copy of the pay-in-slip & relevant certificates shall be received in the office of the concerned departments by or before 10^th July, 2012. 

Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates will be based on an entrance test conducted by the university.
