Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV), Tirupati Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil/Ph.D Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs in various disciplines offered by the School of Sciences and the School of Social Sciences Humanities and Management for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should possess a postgraduate degree of the concerned/ related subject of any recognized University, with a second class with a minimum of 55% of marks and 50% in the case of SC/ST candidates.
  
  
• For part-time registration, the candidate should be a member of the staff of any academic/ research/ professional/ technical institution. The candidate should have a minimum work experience for a period of two years.

• The application form can also be obtained in person or by post from the university.
  
  
• The completed application form along with the requisite documents and a demand draft of Rs.1000 drawn in favor of  Registrar, SPMVV, Tirupati should be sent to:

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance test SPMVV RESET 2012 which will be conducted by the university.

• Date of entrance examination: 1^st Sep, 2012 (Sunday)
