Bharathidasan University Invites Applications for Admission M.Phil Programs

Applications are invited by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli for admission to Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) program (Full time/Part Time) in various disciplines for the commencing session 2012-13.
Eligibility
For Full Time Programs: The candidates should have completed Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with not less than 55% of marks or 5.51 in 10.00 Grade point average scale under CBCS. The candidates who have qualified for the Master’s Degree prior to 19th Sep, 1991, with not less than 50% of marks, are also eligible to register for M.Phil. program in this University. SC /ST candidates are given 5% exemption from the prescribed minimum marks.
For Part Time Programs: Any citizen of India, irrespective of their employment status, who wishes to pursue M.Phil. program are eligible to register under Part –Time Research, provided they fulfill the eligibility norms.
How to Apply
The application form can be obtained from Registrar, Bharathidasan University, Palkalaiperur, Tiruchirappalli on requisition with a Demand Draft for Rs.500 and Rs.250 for SC/ST Candidates.
The Demand Draft must be drawn in any Nationalized Bank in favor of “BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY, TIRUCHIRAPPALLI’’.
