NITTE Institute of Communication, Mangalore Invites Applications for Admission into U.G. and P.G. Programs in Mass Communication

Applications are invited by NITTE Institute of Communication (NICO), Mangalore for admission to under graduate and post graduate programs in mass communication for the commencing session 2012 – 2013. Courses offered are Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication, Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication, Media Production and Integrated Marketing Communication, Media Management & Entertainment and Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication.

Eligibility Condition

B.A. Program

• Pass in Board examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate

M.A. & PGDMC Programs

• Pass in the final examination of any Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university, with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Those eligible for admission to the relevant program may send their applications immediately.

Selection Procedure

Undergraduate Admissions

• Based on the candidate’s marks in the 12th Std. qualifying examination and personal interview only. 

Postgraduate Admissions

• Based on an entrance test consisting two parts, scheduled to be held on 15th Jun, 2012 for applicants with highest scores at their UG Degree Exams
