Jadavpur University, Kolkata Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Oceanography and Coastal Management program for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should hold a Masters degree in Sciences/ Fisheries Sciences, or BE/ B.Tech, M.C.A, or Masters in Geography with 60% marks in Mathematics at +2 level. 

How to Apply

• The application form can be obtained from the University Information Counter at the cost of Rs.250, payable by cash.
  
  
• The application form can also be downloaded from their official website - www.jaduniv.edu.in/.
  
  
• The completed application form along with a demand draft of Rs.250 (in case of downloaded application form), drawn in favor of Registrar, Jadavpur University should be submitted at the University Information Counter. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates is based on their performance in the entrance test conducted by the university.

• Last date for submitting completed application form: 14^th Aug, 2012 (Tuesday)
• Date of the entrance examination: 24^th Aug, 2012 (Friday)
