Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in various disciplines for 2012-13.

How to Apply

• The application form along with the prospectus can be obtained in person from the registrar’s office at the cost of Rs.400.
  
  
• The application form can also be downloaded from their official website - http://www.shiats.edu.in./
  
  
• Duly completed application form should only be submitted by hand to the office of the Registrar along with a Demand Draft of Rs.1000 for manual Form and Rs.1200 for downloaded form in favor of The Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad. 

Selection Procedure 

• The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance test conducted by the institute.

• Date of entrance test: 13^th Aug, 2012 (Monday)
