University of Kerala, Thiruvanthapuram Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Bioinformatics and Computer Aided Drug Design programs offered at the Department of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidates should have completed M.Sc Computer Science, MCA, M.Sc Information Technology, M.Sc Electronics, M.Tech in any branch, M.Sc in Life Sciences, M.Pharm, or MD degree. 

How to Apply

• The application fee of Rs.250 for general category students and Rs.125 for SC/ST category students can be paid through demand draft obtained from State Bank of Travancore/ State Bank of India or from State Co-Operative Banks, in favor of Finance Officer, University of Kerala payable at State Bank of Travancore - KUOC Branch, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram.
  
  
• The application fee can also be paid directly to the University through its cash counters at Palayam or Kariavattom, and challan receipt obtained. Payments can also be made directly through FRIENDS centers. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance test conducted by the university.

• Last date for submitting completed application form: 10^th Aug, 2012 (Friday)
• Date of entrance examination: 6^th Oct, 2012 (Saturday)
