Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh Invites Applications for Admission into M.A in Performing Arts Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Arts (M.A) in Performing Arts (Theatre Art) program which will be conducted at Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Centre for Studies in Performing Arts, Dibrugarh University for 2012-2013. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (Drama specialization)/Theatre Art from any university.
  
  
• Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (in specialization other than Drama) may also apply.
  
  
• Graduates of any stream having special training on Drama/Theatre Art by any recognized institute or having recognition of performing or teaching Drama/Theatre Art in national or state level may also apply. 

How to Apply

• Application form along with the information brochure can be obtained from the ‘Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University’ on payment of Rs.300 in the university cash counter.
  
  
• The application form can also be obtained from the university official website - www.dibru.ac.in.
  
  
• The completed application form should be submitted at the ‘Office of the Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Centre for Studies in Performing Arts, D.U’. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance test conducted by the university.

• Date of entrance test: 4^th Sep, 2012 (Tuesday)
