University of Delhi (DU), New Delhi Invites Applications for Admission into BAMS/BUMS Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into amil-e-Tibb-o-Jarahat (BUMS) and Ayurvedacharya (BAMS) programs offered at the A & U Tibbia College, New Delhi for 2012-13. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidates should have passed class XII (12 years course) or any other equivalent examination recognised by the University of Delhi with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% marks in case of SC/ST category candidates and 45% marks in case of OBC category) and has also passed English as one of the subject from the recognised school conducting regular classes.
  
  
• The candidates should have attained or will attain the age of seventeen (17) years as on 31^st Oct, 2012. 

How to Apply

• The application form can be obtained in person from the office of the Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines, 6th floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, only against a bank draft/banker’s cheque drawn on any nationalised bank in favor of Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi for Rs.750 for general/OBC category candidates and Rs.550 for SC/ST/PH candidates.
  
  
• The application form can also be obtained by post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 800/- for general/OBC candidates and Rs.600 for SC/ST/PH candidates along with a self-addressed envelope to the above address.
