Annamalai University, Chidambaram Invites Applications for Admission into Medical/Dental Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission in various specializations for 2013-14.
- Doctor of Medicine
- Master of Surgery
- Post Graduate Diploma (M.D/M.S degree/PG Diploma) in Medicine
- Master of Dental Surgery(MDS degree) in Dental programs
Eligibility Conditions
For P.G Degree (M.D/M.S)/PG Diploma Programs
- Candidates possessing MBBS degree from a college/university which is recognized by the MCI and who have completed CRRI training on or before 30th Apr, 2013.
For M.D.S Degree Programs
- Candidates possessing BDS degree from a college/university which is recognized by the DCI and who have completed CRRI training on or before 30th Apr, 2013 (or) 5 year BDS degree.
How to Apply
- Applications form and prospectus can be obtained from The Registrar, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar - 608002 from 23rd Nov, 2012 onwards on payment of prescribed fee noted above in person (or) by sending a demand draft on or after 23rd Nov, 2012 drawn in favor of The Registrar, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar from any bank payable at Chennai along with a self-addresses stamped thick kraft envelope of size 30cm X 24cm (stamps for sped post to the value of Rs.70) with the name of the program for which the applications is required should be super scribed boldly on the envelope.
- The name of the program should be clearly indicated in the requisition latter. The name and address of the candidate and program for which application is made should be clearly indicated on the back side of the demand draft also.
Selection Procedure
- The selections of candidates are done based on the entrance exams conducted by the Annamalai University.

- Last date for submission of application: 17th Dec, 2012 (Monday)
- Date of entrance exams:
- MDS program: 29th Dec, 2012 (Saturday)
- M.D/M.S and P.G Diploma: 30th Dec, 2012 (Sunday)
