Azim Premji University, Bangalore Invites Applications for Admission into M.A Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into two year full-time Master of Arts (M.A) programs in Education and Development offered in various specializations for 2013-15. 

Eligibility Conditions

For M.A in Education Program

• Candidates holding bachelor’s degree in any discipline including Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Commerce, Management, etc are eligible to apply.

For M.A in Development Program

• Candidates with work experience are actively encouraged to apply.

• Candidates can access and fill in the Azim Premji University application form and complete the entire application process online at www.azimpremjiuniversity/edu.in/admissions.

  Candidates can also write to the admissions cell of Azim Premji University PES Institute of Technology Campus, Pixel Park, B Block, Electronics City, Hosur Road (Beside NICE Road), Bangalore, 560100 and get the application forms. 

Selection Procedure

• Written Test: Eligible candidates will be required to take an all-India written entrance test on 24^th Feb, 2013. To enable easy access for students, test centres will be available across the country.
• Personal Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of written test performance and personal interview will e held from 15^th Mar, 2013 to 30^th Mar, 2013. 

Important Dates

• Last date of issue of forms by post: 30^th Jan, 2013 (Wednesday)
• Last date for receipt of completed application forms at admissions cell: 8^th Feb, 2013 (Friday)
• National written test at centres across the country: 24^th Feb, 2013 (Sunday)
