University of Kerala, Trivandrum Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D/M.Sc in Engineering Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into full-time/part-time Doctor of Philosophy/Master of Science (Ph.D/M.Sc) program in Engineering (Research) for 2013. 

Eligibility Conditions

For Ph.D Program

• Candidates holding masters degree or its equivalent with not less than 55% marks are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Candidates qualified in the entrance test conducted by this university or National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC/CSIR/ICAR/ICMR or GATE or State Level Eligibility Test conducted by the Kerala Government or fellowship awarded by the KSCSTE or M.Phil degree by research and thesis. The M.Phil degree shall be in the concerned discipline in which the applicant is seeking registration is eligible to apply.

For M.Sc Program

• Candidates holding bachelors degree in Engineering with not less than 55% marks are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Candidates qualified in the GATE or entrance test conducted by this university or State Level Eligibility Test conducted by the Kerala Government is eligible to apply.

• Applications should be submitted online at http://www.research.keralauniversity.ac.in/
  
  
• The print out of the application so submitted should be produced at the time of the doctoral committee along with attested/original copies of certificates and cash receipt. Applicants from the faculty of Engineering, Medicine, Dentistry, Ayurveda and all subjects which are not being offered at the university departments should submit the print out of the application along with all documents and cash receipt/DD to the Registrar on or before 15^th Jan,2013. 

Selection Procedure

• Selections of candidates are done based on entrance test conducted by University of Kerala.
