JECRC University, Jaipur Invites Applications for Admission into B.Tech Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and B.Tech (Lateral Entry) program offered in various branches for 2013. 

Eligibility Conditions

For B.Tech Program

• Candidates passed in 10+2 with minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC) in Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology are eligible to apply.

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Program

• Candidate holding 3 year diploma in Engineering granted by the Board of Technical Examination of a State Government or B.Sc with Mathematics as one of the subjects or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks ( 45% for SC/ST/OBC) aggregate are eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure

For B.Tech Program

• Admissions to B.Tech program will be through the merit list based on the JU B.Tech Online Entrance Test, JU B.Tech Entrance Test (Pen & Paper Test) and JEE Main (Score/Rank), RPET (Rank).

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Program

• Admissions are done on the basis of merit score in the diploma/degree examination.

For JU B.Tech Online Entrance Test:

• Last date to apply: 10^th Apr, 2013 (Wednesday)
• Date of entrance exam: 8^th May, 2013 (Wednesday) to 12^th May, 2013 (Sunday)

For JU B.Tech Entrance Test (Pen & Paper Test):

• Last date to apply: 31^st May2013 (Friday)
• Date of entrance exam: 2^nd June, 2013 (Sunday)

For JEE Main (Score/Rank):

• Last date to apply 31^st May, 2013 (Friday)
• Date of entrance exam: 4^th Jun, 2013 (Tuesday)

For RPET (Rank):

• Last date to apply: 28^th Jun, 2013 (Friday)
• Date of entrance exam: 7^th Jul, 2013 (Sunday)
