Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU), Pune Invites Applications for Admission into B.Sc in Biotechnology Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidtes for admissions into Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology (B.Sc. Biotech.) program for 2013. The program will be offered at the university’s Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information Technology and Biotechnology, Pune. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate who have successfully passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2course) or equivalent examination with minimum 45% (40% in case of students from reserved category) marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics and passed in English, from a recognized board is eligible for admission to the first year of the B.Sc. Biotechnology course.

How to Apply

• A candidate desirous of appearing in the CET-BBT - 2013 is required to complete the online application form appended at the end of this brochure and submit the same to the University, on or before 20^th Jun, 2013.
  
  
• Candidates can choose from the two options available for payment of entrance fees- Payment through Demand Draft (DD) and payment through payment gateway i.e. credit/debit master/visa cards.
  
  
• Instructions for payment through payment gateway are given on home page.
  
  
• Candidates are requested to kindly note that the candidates opting for this payment mode should not send his form to this office. Instead he/she should carry the form at the examination hall along with 2 passport size photographs.

Selection Procedure

• Students will be admitted to B.Sc Biotech courses in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotech Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University on the basis of the merit obtained by them in the All India Common Entrance Test (CET-BBT -2013).

• Last date for receiving completed applications form: 20^th Jun, 2013 (Thursday)
• Date of common admission test: 29^th Jun, 2013 (Saturday)
