Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi Invites Applications for Admission into MBBS Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into four and half years Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) program for 2013-14. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years by 31^st Dec, 2013 and should not exceed 23 by the said date are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Candidates pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent in the first attempt with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together and 60% marks in English separately are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Candidates those who appear for the qualifying examination in March/April 2013 can also apply. 

How to Apply

• Candidates can apply online through Amrita Online Application Registration System (OARS) to MBBS 2013 courses and no other mode of application will be accepted.
  
  
• Candidates must make the payment of fee by way of demand draft taken from any bank in favor of “Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham” payable at Kochi. The demand draft is to be kept ready before filling the online form. The online application will prompt you to fill in (a) DD No, (b) Bank Name, (c) Branch, (d) Amount and (e) Date.

Selection Procedure

• The selection is based on the rank obtained in the all India entrance test conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

• Last date of registration: 30^th Apr, 2013 (Tuesday)
• Date of examination: 19^th May, 2013 (Sunday)
