Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programme at School for Ambedkar Studies (SAS) for 2013-14.

• Master of Arts (M.A) in Economics
• Master of Arts (M.A) in History
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Political Science
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Sociology 

Eligibility Conditions

For M.A in Economics Program

• Candidates with graduate degree with 45% marks ( 40% for SC/ST/PH candidates) in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Agricultural Economics or in Science with Mathematics as a paper at 10+2 level are eligible to apply.

For M.A in History, Political Science and Sociology Program

• Candidates with graduate degree with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PH candidates) in any Social Science subject are eligible to apply.

• Candidates can obtain the application form online by visiting the official website.
  
  
• The prospectus and application form can be obtained from the Canara Bank branched located in BBA Univeristy, Hazratganj and Alambagh at Lucknow on payment of Rs.800 plus bank charges in cash(Rs.200 plus bank charges for SC/ST/PH) on all normal working hours of the bank.

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates is done based on the entrance test conducted by the university.

• Last date for submission of application form: 8^th May, 2013 (Wednesday)
• Date of entrance test for M.A program: 4^th Jun, 2013 (Tuesday) and 5^th Jun, 2013 (Wednesday)
