Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into two years full-time and three years part-time for 2013-14.
- Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Nuclear Engineering & Technology
- Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computational Design
- Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Bio Medical Engineering
- Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Industrial Biotechnology
- Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Renewable Energy Systems

How to Apply
- Candidates must apply online by visiting the official website.
- Candidates are required to first register themselves and fill complete application form. Separate application forms are to be filled for each department and each type of course (FT/PT). For departments with more than one specialization, candidate can specify preferences for specializations, while applying for that department.
Selection Procedure
For Full-Time M.Tech Program
- Full Time candidates shall be purely on the basis of valid GATE score from among the candidates registered for online admissions. If the GATE score is the same the percentage in qualifying examination shall decide the merit. No separate test/interview will be required. Selected candidates are required to take admission as per the schedule notified on the DTU admissions website and complete the necessary admission formalities and deposit the admission fee.
For Part-Time M.Tech Program
- Part-time candidates will be on the basis of written test and interview as per the schedule notified on the DTU admissions website. The selected candidates shall be required to complete the necessary admission formalities and deposit the admission fee.
