Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) offered in various programs at following schools for 2013-14.
- School of Languages
- Linguistics & Indology
- School of Arts and Social Sciences
- School of Commerce & Business Management
- Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy
How to Apply
- Candidates can download the application form from the official website.
- The propectus and application forms can be obtained from 5th Apr, 2013 onwards from the Univeristy Campus, Gachibowli and City Centre, Haj House, Hyderabad and from all the regional/sub-regional centre and College of Teacher Education on payment of Rs.100 through demand draft(by hand) or through a demad draft of Rs.150 (by post). The demad draft should be drawn from any nationalezed bank in favour of ‘Maulana Azad National Urdu Univeristy” payable at Hyderabad.
Selection Procedure
- Candidates are selected through entrance test & interview.
- Written test will be of 75 marks and interview will be of 35 marks.
- Admission will be given on the basis of merit in the entrance test.
- Candidates who have qualified JRF/NET/SLET/MANF in concerned or allied subject are exempted from written test. However they are to attend the interview compulsorily. In lieu of the entrance test 60% marks shall be awarded to such candidates who have qualified NET/SLET and 70% to those who have qualified MNAF/JRF. However, if they wish to score more marks they can appear for the written test.
