National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH), Secunderabad Invites Applications for Admission into M.Sc in Disability Studies Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates admission into two years Master of Science (M.Sc) program in Disability Studies (Early Intervention)  affiliated to Osmania University approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India for 2013-2014. 

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should have a degree from a recognized university in any of the following courses: MBBS, BUMS, BAMS, Naturopathy, BHMS BMR/BRS (MR)/BRT BOT BPT B.Sc (HLS), Masters in Child Development, M.Phil Psychology PGDEI (proposed to apply directly to second year).
  
  
• The candidate should have secured 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree examination in case of general candidates and 45% marks in case of SC and ST candidates.

Selection Procedure

• Admission is made on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates in the all India level entrance examination followed by counseling conducted as per rules and regulations of Osmania University.
