Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN), Thiruvarur Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D in Mathematics Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in Mathematics offered at School of Mathematics and Computer Sciences for 2013-14.

How to Apply

• The candidates have to fill in the application in his/her handwriting.
  
  
• Candidates need to ensure that the demand draft fulfils the following requirements:
  • It is in favor of registrar, Central University of Tamil Nadu payable at Thiruvarur.
    
    
  • It has the details such as date of issue, name & IFSC no. of the issuing branch, name & IFSC no. of the drawee branch, signature of the authorized person, amount in words and figure, names of the applicant and program applied for on the back of the DD. 

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview conducted by the university.
• The fellowship holders in Sl. No.10 of the application may have to appear in an entrance test apart from interview. This is subject to the clarification by UGC in this regard.
