Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology Invites Applications for Admission into M.Sc Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programme for 2013

• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Electronics
• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science a
• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Bioinformatics 

Eligibility Conditions

For M.Sc in Bioinformatics Program

• Any Science/Engineering/Medical or Allied Science graduate passed as a regular student securing at least 45% marks are eligible to apply.

For M.Sc in Electronics Program

• B.Sc. Hons in Physics/Electronics/Computer Science with Physics/Mathematics/Statistics/Electronics/Chemistry/Computer Science as pass subject are eligible to apply.
  
  
• B.Sc/B.E /B. Tech in Electronics/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering and Allied subjects are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Pass Science graduate with at least 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.

For M.Sc in Computer Science Program

• B.Sc (Hons.) with honours in one of the following subjects such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Statistics or Information Technology and aggregate 50% are eligible to apply.
  
  
• BCA with 50% and having Mathematics at +2 level with 50% having one of the above subjects as core are eligible to apply.
  
  
• B.Sc (pass) with having one of the following subject as core-Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, electronics, statistics or Information Technology and having Mathematics at +2 level and aggregate 50% or B.E/B.Tech are eligible to apply.

• The application form and the prospectus are available on the website: www.suiit.ac.in.
  
  
• The payment of Rs.500.00 (for each form) in shape of DD drawn in favour of SUIIT, Sambalpur University payable at SBI, Jyoti Vihar branch (code no-6672) can be made at the time of submission of completed application form.
  
  
• The filled in application form complete in all respects shall be accepted at SUIIT Office in person or by post addressed to

Selection Procedure

• The selection will be done on the basis of written, career and viva with 50%, 30% and 20% weight age respectively.

• Date of entrance exam for M.Sc program: 15^th Jul, 2013 (Monday)
