Jain University (JU), Bangalore Invites Applications for Admission into M.Phil Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) program offered in various disciplines for 2013. 

Eligibility Coditions

• Candidate should hold master’s degrees (from a recognized university) in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% (in the case of SC/ST candidates there will be a relaxation of 5%) are eligible to apply.
  
  
• Candidates who have qualified for master’s degree prior to 1990 - 1991, with no less than 50% marks are also eligible to register for M.Phil program. 

How to Apply

• The candidate should submit his/her application to the university, in the prescribed form with a DD of Rs.1000 INR in the favour of Jain University, payable at Bangalore, along with other necessary documents; viz., degree certificate, marks cards and such other documents prescribed along with receipt for having paid the prescribed fee. In case of employed candidates, no objection/deputation certificate from the employer, for pursuing research is necessary.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be through an entrance test conducted by the university.
