Central University of Punjab (CUPB), Bathinda Invites Applications for Admission into M.A/M.Sc Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Arts (M.A Hons.) in Punjabi and Comparative Literature offered at School of Languages, Literature and Culture and Master of Science (M.Sc) programs in Physical Sciences (Nanophysics), Computational Sciences and Molecular Genetics offered at School of Basic and Applied Sciences for 2013-2014. 

Eligibility Conditions

For M.A (Hons.) Program

• Candidates holding bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university are eligible to apply.

For M.Sc in Physical Sciences (Nanophysics) Program

• Candidates holding bachelor’s degree in Sciences with Physics and Mathematics as subjects with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university are eligible to apply. 

How to Apply

• The candidates will have to submit the online application form and send a print out of the completed online application form along with the required enclosures (see section 15; How to Apply) and requisite fee by registered post to:

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates is done based on Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET-2013) conducted by the university.

• Last date for submission of online application: 18^th Jul, 2013 (Thursday)
• Last date for receipt of application print out along with enclosures: 24^th Jul, 2013 (Wednesday)
• Date of CUCET-2013 examination: 28^th Jul, 2013 (Sunday)
