University of Kalyani, Kolkata Invites Applications for Admission into PG Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programs offered at the Department of Studies in Sericulture Science for 2013.

• Master of Arts (M.A)
• Master of Science (M.Sc)
• Master of Commerce (M.Com)
• Master of Education (M.Ed)
• Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.)  

Eligibility Conditions

• Hons. graduate in the respective Subject/ equivalent qualification recognized by University and NCTE are eligible to apply.
  
  
• For M.Ed program candidates with at least 50% marks in Masters degree in any school subject preceded by Hons. degree in any subject and at least 55% in B.Ed. or any equivalent degree from any Institution recognized by the University and NCTE 

How to Apply

• Candidates can download the application forms from university website www.klyuniv.ac.in.
  
  
• The application fee of Rs.150 (for SC/ST Rs.75) is to be deposited at any branch of State Bank of India using the three parts fee payment Challan.
  
  
• The downloaded filled in application form along with University copy of fee paid Challan & self-attested testimonials should be submitted to the respective Departments within 19^th Jul, 2013. 

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in specified qualifying examination.
