IGNOU to offers distance learning programme in plantation management

IGNOU  invites application for a one-year PG diploma in plantation management programme for July 2013 session.

The PG diploma programme in plantation management seeks to develop competent human resource for the plantation industry. The programme provides exposure to various management practices that are relevant for professional management of the sector. It also provides the technical know-how required for effectively managing major plantations such as tea, coffee, rubber, spices etc.

The minimum duration of the PG diploma programme is one year. However, the candidate has the flexibility of completing the programme within four years' time. The eligibility requirement for this PG diploma programme is graduation in any discipline. The programme is offered in English medium.

Last date for receipt of applications is July 31, 2013.
