Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS), Chennai Invites Applications for Admission into M.Tech in Food Technology Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into full-time Master of Technology (M.Tech) program in Food Technology offered at College of Food and Dairy Technology, Koduvalli, Chennai for 2013-14. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates possessing a B.Tech (FPT/FT) degree of Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University or candidates who have studied a four years degree program in Food Processing Technology/Food Technology/Food Engineering/Dairy Technology or equivalent Engineering or Technology course from a recognised university or any other university recognized as equivalent thereof shall be eligible to apply. 

How to Apply

• The application form, hall ticket and prospectus can be downloaded from the university website: www.tanuvas.ac.in.
  
  
• The application form should be sent with registration fee (Rs.300 for SC/ST and Rs.600 for others). Registration fee should be sent only in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, TANUVAS, Chennai‐51” payable at Chennai. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates for admission shall be done on the basis as follows:
  • Common Entrance Examination marks - 100
  • Qualifying examination B.Tech marks - 100
  • Total Marks - 200
