Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHIATS), Allahabad Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D in Engineering and Technology Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into full-time Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programs in Engineering and Technology offered in various departments at following schools for 2013.

• Vaugh School of Agricultural Engineering & Technology
• Shepherd School of Engineering & Technology
• Warner School of Food & Dailty Technology
• Jacob School of Biotechnology & Bioengineering 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates holding regular master degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (or 6.00 CGPA/OGPA) for general candidates and 50% (or 5.5 CGPA/OGPA) for SC/ST/Physically handicapped candidates are eligible to apply.

• The duly completed application form should be submitted to the office of Dean, Post Graduate Studies along with a demand draft of Rs.1200 in favour of The "Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad".
  

Selection Procedure

• The selection of candidates is done based on the entrance test conducted by the university.
