Acharya Nagarjuna University Invites Applications for Admission into PhD

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into full-time and part-time programme offered at University College of Engineering & Technology for 2013-14.

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Civil Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Computer Science & Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Mechanical Engineering
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Chemical Engineering

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates holding masters degree in the relevant field of Engineering / Technology with B.Tech. at graduation are eligible to apply.

How to Apply

• Applicants can download the application form from university website and enclose a demand draft for Rs.1000 (non refundable) drawn in favor of Director, Directorate of Admissions, payable at Andhra Bank, ANU Campus Branch (Code No. 1508) or State Bank of India, NU Campus Branch (Code No. 4793).
  
  
• Applicant should invariably write his/her name and address on the reverse side of the Demand Draft (DD’s drawn on another banks other than mentioned above are not acceptable).

Selection Procedure

• The selection for admission shall be based on the rank obtained in the ANURCET-2013 entrance test.

Last date for receipt of filled-in application forms

• With DD Rs.1000: 11^th Nov 2013 (Monday)
• With late fee of Rs.500 (Rs.1000 + Rs.500): 18^th Nov 2013 (Monday)
• Date of ANURCET-2013 (tentative) examination: 27^th Nov 2013 (Wednesday) to 30^th Nov 2013 (Saturday)
