Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following Programme for the commencing session 2014-15.

5 years Integrated

• Bachelor of Arts-Bachelor of Law (BA-LL.B) Hons. with specialization in Energy Laws
• Bachelor of Business Administration-Bachelor of Law (BBA-LL.B)
• Bachelor of Commerce-Bachelor of Law (B.Com-LL.B) Hons. with emphasis on Taxation Laws

6 years

• Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Energy Technology+LL.B Hons. with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• B.Tech in Computer Science+LL.B Hons. with specialization in Cyber Laws

1 year

• Master of Law (LLM) with emphasis on Energy Laws specialization in Cyber Laws

Eligibility Conditions

For 5 years BA-LL.B(Hons.)/BBA-LL.B(Hons.)

• Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).

For 6 Years B.Tech. Energy Technology+LL.B (Hons.)/ B.Tech. Computer Science+LL.B(Hons.)

• Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).
• Minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level also mandatory.

• Candidates can collect UPES Prospectus & Application form by sending a demand draft in favour of "UPES Fee Account", payable at New Delhi/Dehradun along with request letter or by Cash payment from admission counters at Ahmedabad/ Chandigarh/Cochin/Coimbatore/Delhi/Dehradun/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai.
  
  
• The cost of the prospectus and application form by demand draft/online is Rs.1850 and Rs.1750/- by cash.

Selection Procedure

• For 5 years integrated law programs: Selection will be made on the basis of UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (UL-SAT 2014).
  
  
• For 6 years B.Tech. Energy Technology+LL.B(Hons.)/ B.Tech. Computer Science + LL.B (Hons.): Selection will be made on the basis of UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT 2014).

Important Dates

• Last date to receive the filled in application (OMR form/online): 9^th May, 2014 (Friday)
• Date of UL-SAT and UPESEAT entrance test: 24^th May, 2014 (Saturday)
