XLRI Jamshedpur Invites Applications for Admission into Fellow Program in Management (FPM)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Fellow Program in Management (FPM).

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates of the following four categories can apply for the XLRI research programme.

Through the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)

• Candidates who have completed Bachelors degree in any discipline, which is of minimum three years duration or equivalent from a recognized university from India or abroad are eligible to apply. Those who are writing their final year exams by 10th Jun, 2014 can also apply.

Through XLRI Research Aptitude Test (XL-RAP)

• A candidate must either have a Masters degree or its equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and Bachelors degree or its equivalent qualification with at least 60 % marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). Or professional qualification like CA, ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).

Other National and International Tests

• A candidate who has GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC-JRF (Research/Net) results which he obtained between 1st Dec, 2011 and 20th Dec, 2013 will be exempted from appearing in the XAT/XL-RAP.

Alumni from Reputed Institutions

• Those who have done their PGP OR one-year full time GMP/PGPX/Executive PGP from XLRI, IIMs, FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, XIM Bhubaneswar, IRMA, SP Jain, PG students from IITS, NITs, TIFR,TISS and other comparable Institutes, with a CQPI of at least 6.00/8.00 or equivalent will also be exempted from appearing in the XAT/XL-RAP.

How to Apply

• XAT Candidates can apply for online registration through www.xatonline.net.in, which opens between 12^th Aug, 2013 and 22^nd Nov, 2013.

• Non-XAT FPM candidates has to apply online through the following website -http://acad.xlri.ac.in/admission/fmainadmission.php

Application fees

• The DD of Rs.1500 is to be made in favour of " XLRI Programmes " payable at Jamshedpur.

• Last date for XAT 2014 registration: 22^nd Nov, 2013
• Last date for XLRI 2014 registration: 21^st Dec, 2013
• Last date for Non-XAT FPM candidates to submit application: 15^th Jan, 2014
